Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website cutclubgolf.com and the services, facilities, and memberships provided by The Cut Club ("The Cut Club," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1251 Pomona Rd. Suite 108–109, Corona, CA 92881. By accessing our website, booking a bay, purchasing a membership, or using our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

The Cut Club operates an indoor junior golf academy in Corona, CA offering coach-led simulator bay visits, junior memberships, private lessons, clinics and camps, birthday parties, and related services. Our facility is open Monday through Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday (see our About page for current hours). Hours, pricing, services, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Simulator bays and tee times may be reserved through our third-party booking provider. Rates are charged per bay, per hour, and vary by day and time. By making a reservation you agree to the rate displayed at the time of booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling: 24 hour notice is required for full refund of pre-paid reservations.

Late arrival: Reserved time begins at the scheduled start time; late arrival does not extend the reservation.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation at our discretion.

The Cut Club offers junior memberships for ages 4 to 18, as described on our Memberships page: Baby Birds plans (ages 4–8) include four 30-minute coached visits per month, and Fledgling plans (ages 8–18) include four or eight one-hour visits per month. A single visit add-on ($45) is available to active members only.

Billing: Memberships are billed monthly ($125, $250, or $500 per month depending on plan) to the payment method on file. A parent or legal guardian must be the account holder for any member under 18 and is responsible for all charges on the account.

Visits: Member visits are scheduled during open hours, Monday through Friday, and are subject to bay and coach availability. Clubs and balls are provided at no charge.

Cancellation: Memberships are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.

Rules: Membership visits are for the enrolled junior member only. Standard bay rates apply to additional guests or open bay time booked outside the membership.

Private lessons, junior clinics, and school-break camps require registration and payment in advance and are scheduled Monday through Friday. Formats, coaches, and session lengths vary; sessions may be rescheduled with prior notice, subject to availability.

All payments for bookings, memberships, lessons, and other services are processed through third-party payment providers. Customer must contact us within 24 hours of reserved start time to receive a full refund.

While using our facility, you agree to: follow all posted rules and reasonable instructions from staff; treat equipment, simulators, and the premises with care; behave respectfully toward staff and other guests; and supervise any minors in your party at all times. No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. We reserve the right to remove any person from the premises for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct, or for violation of these Terms, without refund.

You are responsible for any damage to simulators, equipment, or facility property caused by you or members of your party (including guests booking under your reservation or membership) beyond normal wear, and agree to reimburse The Cut Club for the cost of repair or replacement.

Golf, including indoor simulator golf, involves swinging clubs and physical activity that carry inherent risks of injury to yourself and others. By using our facility, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cut Club Golf Simulators, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from use of the facility, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of The Cut Club or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the site.

Our website and services rely on third-party providers (including booking, payment, and analytics services) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.

The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website and services, including accuracy, reliability, and availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cut Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, facility, or services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
