Information you provide directly:
Contact form submissions — when you submit a form on our Site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you include in your message or inquiry (such as event type, group size, or preferred dates).

Payment information:
We do not store full payment card details on our own systems. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers through our booking and enrollment system.

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
Service providers — with third parties who perform services for us, including: Birdie Grow (booking and membership management), our payment processor, our form-handling provider (Web3Forms, which delivers contact form submissions to us), and our website hosting and analytics providers. These providers may access personal information only to perform services on our behalf.

Contact form submissions and booking/membership records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy
8. Data Security
